SUMMARY:6/13 - Tournament (Scholarship Fundraiser)
DESCRIPTION:for ZAO Church youth Summer Camp scholarships\n\n\n\n\n\n$35 per player\, $10 per guest. Fees include lunch. Guests pay on day of event. \n\n\n\nClick image for flyer\n\n\n\n2 Brackets – Open Doubles Tournament. Registration closes June 8th. \n\n\n\nProceeds go to scholarships for youth to attend Motion summer conference in Birmingham\, AL\, July 2026. \n\n\n\nIndividual Bracket: 8-11am\, Check-in 7:30am. Round-robin\, rotating partners. Min of 4 games/player. Limited to 12 players. Adults only. \n\n\n\nTeam Bracket: 11:30am-2:30pm\, Check-in by 11am. Double-elimination\, fixed partners. Min of 2 games/team. Limited to 12 teams. Minimum player age 16. \n\n\n\nPrizes will be awarded for top 3 in each bracket. \n\n\n\nChild care will be available\, contact us if needed. Our facility has on-going construction and is not safe for children. \n\n\n\nHOW TO REGISTER\n\n\n\n\nThe REGISTER button below will take you to our scheduling site (https://panpickle.pickleplanner.com).\n\n\n\nIf you are not currently a member\, you will need to create a login account. Once you have done that\, and logged in\, you will need to enter your information and sign a liability waiver\, including minor information if applicable.\n\n\n\nThen\, select to Join an Event.  This will prompt you to become a member of our club. DROP-IN membership is free\, select that.  \n\n\n\nScroll the calendar to June 13th. Click on the tournament bracket you want to enter. (NOTE: For Team Bracket see add’l instructions below.)\n\n\n\nAt the bottom of the event description is a button to JOIN the event. Click that button.\n\n\n\n You will be prompted to check-out and pay for the event.  Payments are handled via Square.\n\n\n\n\nYou should receive an email confirming your reservation and a separate email confirming the payment receipt. If you have any questions/problems\, please contact us at panpickle.academy@gmail.com \n\n\n\nTEAM BRACKET PLAYERS: After you have joined the event and submitted your payment\, click on the MY RESERVATIONS option in the menu.
