SUMMARY:10/03 - Team Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Neighborhood Challenge – who’s the big “dill”?\n\n\n\n\n\nForm a team of players from your neighborhood or local pickleball venue and compete in this MLP-style team tournament!  Make it fun  – pick a team name\, colors\, etc. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTeam/Tournament Structure \n\n\n\n\n4-player co-ed teams (2 men + 2 women).\n\n\n\nEach round includes Men’s Doubles\, Women’s Doubles\, and 2 Mixed Doubles games.\n\n\n\nPure round-robin format (no playoffs or DreamBreakers). In case of ties\, points will be used.\n\n\n\nRegular scoring to 11\, win by 2 with a 15 minute max per game.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTournament Player Profile \n\n\n\n\nDesigned for solid intermediate players who can sustain medium-length rallies\, direct serves\, execute third-shot drops\, and understand basic court strategies.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlayer Eligibility & DUPR Caps \n\n\n\n\nTeam Combined Cap: 14.0 maximum aggregate total for all 4 players (averaging 3.5 per player).\n\n\n\nIndividual Maximum: Strict 3.99 cutoff. Advanced players rated 4.0 or higher are not permitted.\n\n\n\nUnrated Players: If you don’t have a DUPR\, use a self-rating based on USA Pickleball definitions\, or contact the tournament director for provisional approval.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHOW TO REGISTER\n\n\n\n\nEach player should register and pay for the tournament via our scheduling site (https://panpickle.pickleplanner.com).  The REGISTER button below will take you to the site login.\n\n\n\nIf you are not currently a member\, you will need to create a login account. Once you have done that\, and logged in\, you will need to enter your information and sign a liability waiver\, including minor information if applicable.\n\n\n\nThen\, select to Join an Event. This will prompt you to become a member of our club. DROP-IN membership is free\, other membership types are monthly/annual fees.\n\n\n\nScroll the calendar to October 3rd. Click on the tournament event to display details.\n\n\n\nAt the bottom of the event description is a button to JOIN the event. Click that button.\n\n\n\n You will be prompted to check-out and pay for the event.  Payments are handled via Square.\n\n\n\n\nYou should receive an email confirming your reservation and a separate email confirming the payment receipt. DESCRIPTION:This weekend is for intermediate level Pickleball players (DUPR 3.0-3.5) who want to “up” their game. The weekend includes clinics\, coached and open play\, and more. Quickly boost the level of your game! \n\n\n\nThe weekend starts Friday evening with a discussion of strategies followed by a get-to-know-you social with open play so the coach can get a feel for your current level of play.  \n\n\n\nSaturday includes clinics\, coached play\, and an indoor session with video reviews.  \n\n\n\nThe weekend is capped off with a round-robin tournament on Sunday morning. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION INFO \n\n\n\n\nThe REGISTER button below will take you to our scheduling site (https://panpickle.pickleplanner.com).\n\n\n\nYou will need to create a login account.
