6/13 – Charity Tournament

for ZAO Church youth Summer Camp scholarships

June 13 @ 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

$35 Per Player, $10 Guest

2 Brackets – Open Doubles Tournament. Registration closes June 8th.

Proceeds go to scholarships for youth to attend Motion summer conference in Birmingham, AL, July 2026.

Individual Bracket: 8-11am, Check-in 7:30am. Round-robin, rotating partners. Min of 4 games/player. Limited to 12 players. Adults only.

Team Bracket: 11:30am-2:30pm, Check-in by 11am. Double-elimination, fixed partners. Min of 2 games/team. Limited to 12 teams. Minimum player age 16.

Includes lunch, prizes for top 3 in each bracket, 50/50 raffle, plus more.

Child care will be available at RAD sports. Our facility has on-going construction and is not safe for children.

Guest registration/payment is on-site the day of the event.

HOW TO REGISTER

  • The REGISTER button below will take you to our scheduling site (https://panpickle.pickleplanner.com).
  • If you are not currently a member, you will need to create a login account. Once you have done that, and logged in, you will see the calendar of events.
  • Scroll the calendar to June 13th. Click on the tournament bracket you want to enter. (NOTE: For Team Bracket see add’l instructions below.)
  • At the bottom of the event description is a button to JOIN the event. Click that button.
  • This will prompt you to become a member of our club. DROP-IN membership is free. Enter the requested contact information, and complete the waiver, including information if you will be playing with/bringing a minor with you.
  • Once you have done this, you will be prompted to check-out and pay for the event.

You should receive an email confirming your reservation and a separate email confirming the payment receipt. If you have any questions/problems, please contact us at panpickle.academy@gmail.com

TEAM BRACKET PLAYERS: After you have joined the event and submitted your payment, click on the MY RESERVATIONS option in the menu. Go to the link in the description, and enter your playing partner’s information into the form.
