In the beginning…

Where to position the courts on the property? We picked a location with a great view overlooking a cove on the Pedernales River, with access to the existing power, water, and a building with restrooms, a conference room, etc.

The first task was to clear the area from overgrowth and rocks. Some of the drag piles were huge!

Then the process of making the court pad area and putting in the footings for the deck could begin.
