Dick Hollenbeck is a PPR Certified Instructor, competitive champion, and the visionary founder of Panoramic Pickleball Academy. Bringing over 50 years of advanced tennis experience to the court, Dick transitioned his deep racket-sports expertise to pickleball in 2020. As an elite competitor, he has won numerous men’s leagues and has amassed a collection of tournament medals in both doubles and team-style events.

Dick’s coaching philosophy combines an infectious enthusiasm for the game with his engineering background. He specializes in breaking intermediate player plateaus, using a structured, high-intensity approach to elevate 3.0 to 4.0 players into dominant competitors. Rather than running predictable, repetitive routines, Dick designs fun, creative, and fast-paced drills tailored specifically to master key skill sets.

As a unique advantage, Dick utilizes specially designed hitting walls and innovative training tools at our facility to simulate real-game scenarios, maximizing player touch, repetition, and reflexes. His dynamic curriculum targets essential intermediate skills, including:
